The process of selling your home to House Quick Sell UK is really simple - we have a streamlined approach to business.

a) Firstly you need to fill in the no-obligation Your Property Form.  Alternatively you can send us an email and we can send you a copy of the form, or you can email us your telephone number and we will call you right back.

It is always helpful if you could email both internal and external photo's of your property as well.

b) You will then receive an offer, in principle, from us. There is no need for us to visit your property in order to do this.  This offer will be around 75-80% of the property's true market value and will be subject to a surveyors valuation.

c) If you accept this offer, we will then contact our huge database of investors and ask you to sign an exclusivity agreement.  The investor that decides to buy your home will then instruct a survey. The investor may or may not wish to view your property.

d) Providing the survey values correctly. the investor will make a formal offer, then instruct a solictor to start the process of purchasing of your home.  At this point you will need to instruct a solicitor also.  We can recommend a solicitor for you, if you don't already have one.  We will also pay your solicitors fees up to the value of £500.

e) The solicitors from both parties will carry out all conveyancing work.  Once finished, you can choose a completion date that suits you.  If you decide you want to rent back your property, then you can stay on as tenants for as long as you want, paying a market value rent.
